Replacement Policy
Products are eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged. To file a claim, customers must present a 360-degree unboxing video that begins before the product’s seal is opened. We ensure the integrity of our products by recording all parcels prior to dispatch. In the event of a claim, our recordings will be reviewed alongside the customer’s video to validate the claim.
